BB's Manti ( Turkish Ravioli with Garlic Yogurt Sauce )
6 cups (2lbs/900gr) Flour 2 cups (1/2 liter) Water 1/2 tbsp Salt
After mixing all of the ingredients to a smooth dough roll out piece of dough in a thickness of a puzzle with 1 1/2 feet in diameter Divide the rolled out dough 1 1/2 X 1 1/2 inch squares Fill in squares with spinach or meat filling Fold them in two by pressing the corners to seal them Fold folded doughs one more time by wrapping around you finger in a shape of a hat. Boil them in a salted water until done.(about 5 to 7 minutes) Serve in a flat soupware with garlic yogurt topping Optionally on the top of yogurt sauce you can use dry mint, sumak, hot crush pepper in melted butter and Italian Parsley.
