Recipe Ingredients
INGREDIENT MALZEMELER
1 COOKED & BONED CHICKEN
(1 adet pismis tavuk)
1 CUP RICE
(1 su bardagi pirinš)
9 SPRIGS FRESH MINT
(9 yaprak taze nane)
1 MEDIUM ONION
(1 adet sogan)
1 TBSP OIL
(1 yemek kasigi yag)
1 MEDIUM FRESH TOMATO
(1 buyuk taze domates)
3 FRESH GREEN PEPPER
(3 adet taze sivri biber)
3 CUPS OF WATER
(3 bardak su) 1/2 TSP BLACK PEPPER
(1 šay kasigi karabiber)
1 TBSP SALT
(2 šay kasigi tuz)



Recipe Directions

Dice the onion and saute until it is translucent. Add cubed tomatoes and salt. Let it cook a bit until tomatoes are loose. Add rice stiring. Add water. When water boils adjust the heat to simmer. Arrange boneless chicken, fresh mint and halved green chili peppers on the top as soon as water disapeares. Let it simmer for 20 minutes. Serve hot.

HAZIRLANISI
Soganlari kavurun. Domatesleri dograyip hafifce pisirin. Yikanmis princ, tuz, karabiber ve suyunu ekleyip kaynamaya getirin. Kaynayinca atesi iyice kisin. Pilav suyunu hafifce usten cekince, biberi, ayiklanmis tavugu, naneyi, isterseniz ilave taze 4'e bolunmus domates'i de ekleyebilirsiniz. 20 dakika kisik ateste pisirin.
