4 cups Unbleached Flour
3/4 cup Water
1/2 tbsp Salt
1/2 cup Crisco liquid Corn oil
For filling
1 lbs ground beef or lamb
1 large onion
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp black pepper
4 tbsp water

Prepare beef or lamb filling by combining onions, water, salt and pepper
After mixing all of the dough ingredients make a smooth dough, roll out pieces of dough in a thickness of a puzzle with 7 inch diameter.
Spread 1 tbsp of filling in each dough. Fold and seal them using crimple device. Fry them in a corn oil until golden brown. Serve with hot crushed pepper, pickles and peppercinis. Good with plain yogurt drink AYRAN
