Fish & Seafood Hamsi Kusu ( Black Sea style Fresh Anchoive or Smelt Fish Balls)

Recipe Ingredients
2 lbs boned Fresh Anchoive or Smelt fish
1/4 cup Corn Meal
2 Eggs
1/4 Water
1/4 cup olive oil

Recipe Directions
Mix corn meal and boned fish.
Knead with water and eggs.
Shape them in to meat balls.
Fry in a non-stick pan with very little olive oil.
If desired you could make a mixture of milk and eggs and pour it over the meat balls lined in a pan and fry them.
Serve hot.
