Jean's Raspberry Cream Dessert
From the Kitchen of
2 10oz pkg Frozen Raspberries
1/4 cup Sugar
2 tbls Corn Starch
1 tbls Lemon Juice
Drain raspberries and save juice.
Add water to juice to make it 1 1/4 cups.
Add 1/4 cup sugar and 2 tbls corn starch to juice.
Gradually add 1 tbls Lemon Juice
