1 cup Water
1 stick Margarine
1 1/2 cup sifted Flour (unbleached)
3 Eggs
Liquid frying Oil
Syrup:
2 cups Water
2 cups of Sugar
1/2 Fresh Lemon Juice

Melt margarine by boiling the water
Stir in Flour
Move it off the heat let it cool for 10 minutes
Add eggs one bye one stirring constantly
Let the dough cool throughly
Squize out dough through pastry bag inch long in to cold frying oil
Fry it in low heat
Drain them nicely and release them in to cold syrup
Use second set of frying pan in order for hot oil to get cold again
