2 Medium Chopped Onion
1 cup chopped fresh green onions
1 tbsp Salt
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Black Pepper
1 cup chopped Fresh Mint
2 tbsp Sugar
2 cups Medium Rice
1 cup chopped fresh Dill

Soak Grape Leaves in hot water for 10 minutes
Meanwhile mix all the ingredients
Wrap each leaf with about 1/4 tbsp of mixture, let one of our Rolling Machine to do the job for you. Set the lever of the machine, all the way up, to tickest.
Cover bottom of the pressure cooker with leaves and line up stuffed grape leaves forming a circle
When all the stuffing is used add juice of 2 lemons, 2 tbsp of olive oil and water, just enough to cover stuffed grape leaves.
Cover and place the pressure cooker on a medium heat, when starts whistling, cook 15 more minutes on simmer. When done let it cool in the pressure cooker. When cooled off turn the cooker over a serving plate. If possible eat at room temperture with lots of fresh lemon juice. Enjoy
